Legal Advertising Rules

A graphic with the word "compliance" and several icons

As a lawyer, it’s critical that the content you publish online is compliant with the advertising rules in your jurisdiction. That’s why it’s important to work with specialists if you choose to outsource your content creation. Our attorney-led team is well-versed in the Model Rules of Professional Conduct, and all of the content we create is compliant with the most restrictive reading of these rules. That said, if you are in a jurisdiction that has more lenient rules, we’re happy to modify our content to take advantage of that fact. For example, if you’ve specialized in a certain area of law and want us to call you an “expert,” just let us know and we’ll do it.
