How Does It Work?

- First, we review the content for legal accuracy. If the output involves any statements of fact regarding the law (e.g., “the statute of limitations for personal injury cases in Colorado is two years), our JD editor will double-check them against an authoritative source.
- Second, we review the content for compliance with the rules of professional conduct regarding advertising. This involves checking for things like referring to you or your firm as a “specialist” or an “expert” (if your jurisdiction has a prohibition on that kind of language) or statements that could guarantee an outcome (e.g., “we will get you compensation for your losses).
After our attorney-editor is satisfied that the content is accurate and compliant with advertising rules in your state, we hand the content over to a copy editor who revises it to make sure it sounds human, brands it to your firm, and engages in SEO optimization. In addition, at this stage, we will add any marketing messaging you would like to focus on, such as years of experience or recent results. We also run a plagiarism check at this point to ensure that the content is unique.
Finally, we pass the content over to our posting team, which goes into your website, uploads the content, and adds a relevant royalty-free stock photo. At this stage, we also engage in basic on-site optimization, including categorizing, tagging, adding an alt-attribute to the image, and adding a custom meta description.
